Hello experts.,
A criminal case is pending against me in allahabd session court,
But i need passport, so what should i do , should i apply it and after denial i should approach for NOC from court or first I should get NOC and then apply for it.. And my case is pending in sessions court. Closure report is submitted by police and another party also submitted a letter in court saying that they don't want to continue this case they do not have any problem with the closure report submitted by IO, so what should be the step, so that I can get my passport easily.
Kindly advise.

1. IRRESPECTIVE of any criteria, you have to take court permission to apply for passport & travel abroad. This may entitle you to deposit surety amount in court, depending on circumstances. Do not wait for the court to close the matter, due to negative police report or statement of complainant.
