I am working in a Central PSU. I joined here from a State PSU through NOC in Experienced post on 1-Oct-2011. on August 2013 I have applied for Pay Protection due to revision in my previous company and effective date was 01-04-2009. After that the documents / clarifications required by my present company HR Department for the same have been submitted on or before February 2014. But I regret to state that till today, neither any communication nor any information has been received. I have send several times reminder, but they didnt say anything yes/no. Please advice how I get on these, otherwise i have lost around Rs 15,000 PM.
