I am presently working as a teacher in a school of a Central University. The school is part and parcel of the university. The registrar of the university is our employer. I have been offered an appointment as Assistant Professor in a government college in Odisha in a higher pay of scale. I had applied for the post through proper channel. Can I avail pay protection?
