Pay protection in State govt service

I m paul suman , a state govt employee under Tripura govt. My present pay scale is 5700-24000/- grade pay -4200. My post is regular pay based post. Now i am willing to get another govt post with same scale in same dept.but the post pay scale will be fixed pay for 5 years. Now if I get this job , will I get service benefit of present job?
