Paying maintenance in two different section ?

Two guys are fighting. Now they want to know who is right or wrong. They approach 3rd person. Now it left to third person whom he will say is right or wrong. 

So you ask judge or wait till judge (3rd person) do something or order something.

Courts dont have any rule book to decide on maintennace or anything.

Laws are there but nobody follows any laws. Supreme Court and HI Court decisoins are binding on lower courts. But Lower courts themselves acting behaving like supreme courts. They follow their own mind. You should not ask anyone what court may decide, but ask the court itself (ager gaand mein dum he toh)
