I am working in a state PSU.I was getting conveyance allowance but after my transfer in remote place in 2007,Account office stopped payment.I asked in writing the reason for non payment of conveyance allowance,nothing has been conveyed to me till date.I continued to ask in writing the reason til date.In 2010 I made representation to the Chairman and he directed my Head of department to pay the conveyance allowance in Dec 2010.HOD started writing letters asking irrelevant clarifications which I submitted.It is clear that he is delaying the matter.I wish to point out here that There is no rule/order which denies me conveyance allowance.Now,I wish to Know - 1.Legal remedy available to me
2.Can I seek compensation for my harrasment.
3.Can I start criminal proceedings against officers/clerks involved.
