Pecuniary jurisidiction of Bombay HC.

Can someone tell me the act and section under which the pecuniary jurisdiction is defined for Bombay High court?

Pecuniary means 'related to money'. Pecuniary jurisdiction tries to address whether a court of law can try cases and suits of the monetory value/amount of the case or suit in question.example: having cases valuation above Rs. 10,000/- and upto Rs. 1 crore.
