Send them notice/ legal notice through advocate. if they don't pay, approach the appropriate authority to recover the same. 

If you are an IT company then I guess your company is registered under the Shops & Establishment Act and hence you have to file the case before the Referee under the said Act. 

Regarding the PF, you can directly write to the office of EPFO.

I am santosh ghadigavkar work in  creative enterprises as a project manager from 9 th apr 2016, to till time. I have no joining leater & id of  company. My salary is pending  for month of apr 2016 to till month. Crrative ent is  contracting firm  and work for client HAVE MORE REALTY (OMKAR DEVELOPER)  TO contruct a building of sra projects. Woner of creative Enterprises  Mr Mehul Vaghela  & His partner  Mr Paresh Banker said me wait for 2-4 days  from last  2 month .

Dueto delay of my salary my family life  as well as social life is disturb . Plz gime advice what can i do?

First of all submit a gentle representation under proper acknowledgment, addressed to good offices of appointing authority, MD etc to issue you appointment letter, salary slip of each month ,PF number,ESIC card, pay salary etc..................
