Pending tasks and breaching of specifications by builder.

Dear Sir,
Builder did not fulfil the specification ( of Sale deed of flat) of pavement of interlock tiles for driveway pathway and carparking area in basement. No commitment from builder to fulfill the spec inspite of several attempts of request. He obtained occupancy certificate from corporation and subsequently builder directing buyers to go for Registration of units. The tag line for Registration: who ever does their registration late have to bear the more registration cost. Moreover builder has collected same amount towards carparking allotment in ground and basement floors. The cost involved for pavement of interlock tiles is too high. Now if I go for Registration as directed by builder, then builder can escape from his liabilities. Comment Please. Post Registration how to go forward for pending tasks from builder. Comment Please.

Hey, the best way to proceed ahead would be to initiate RERA proceedings against the builder

That looks to be an option. But Now if I go for Registration as directed by builder, then builder can escape from his liabilities. Comment Please. Post Registration how to go forward for pending tasks from builder. Comment Please.
