I shri Satish Patankar submitted all relevent attested copies of legal documents to society for change of qwnership after the death of my mother.,but almost three months have passed but nither they are refusing nor endorsing the the share certificate I contacted the secretary many times but he is not giving proper reply .What i should do?

Dear,
Society is bound to provide your application for transmission before Managing Committee Meeting within 15 days from the receipt of application. Thereafter, Society's next duty is to intimate the same to you within 1 month from conveying of said meeting of Managing Committee.
It seems that your society is reluctant towards your application. So you can approach to the Registrar of Society by your written complaint.
