Perjury case made out

Only if the contradiction comes out in black and white in deposition copy is there a chance of winning perjury. or else chances are bleak and it be waste of time and money.

The statements are made under sworn affadavit before the same court in different cases.

Then you have to take certified copy of depositions from both the court and file perjury in magistrate court.

 These words "earlier" and "now" will be the main point of arguments in case you file perjury?

You need to prove that " earlier" when she filed the petition at that time she was also earning.

If you can prove this go ahead else wait for evidence to prove the same.In case you don't find the evidence to prove that , you can first cross-examin her and then file perjury
