What is the latest NEWS about perquisites in respect of STAFF QUARTERS. If any establishment is giving HRA @ 10%, then perks on 15% of salary will be calculated. Isn't it an injustice with that employee who is not getting HRA BUT being taxed for that @ higher rate ?
