Permanent employment for gold appraiser

Hi, I'm Rajesh. I'm working as a gold appraiser for more than 24 years in PGB. But my job was temporary and i enters into the bank on morning and exit when the bank close its doors. I do it in all working days of the bank. Is there any laws for making my employment as permanent????.. please suggest me is anything that's help me...

A temporary job canot give you a vested right to permanent employment. Sorry.

I hope you do have a written contract governing the terms of your employment? Frankly, that's the best you should look for, from a temporaray position, to bring some sense of security in your job.

You are not an employee as bank never paid you any salary.  You are eligible for a fee depending on valuation of each jewel for such appraisal.  Whether you are staying out of your will and pleasure or bank has given such written instruction it is not clear.

When you are a retainer for fees, you are not entitled for any job, as each job is prescribed with such qualifications minimum.  Contact the Union for more guidance.
