Permanent injunction

Greetings sir! I purchased a commercial land 10 yrs ago at that time the land prices were sl*gging off and I got all the relevant documents viz. Sale deed, Intkal etc but suddenly one party claimed that it's his ancestors land and I have illegally purchased that land and he appealed in court and the court granted permanent injunction against my property this person only had a document called khasra girdawari and his name is written in Jamabandi as Kashtkar in which his deceased father's name is written I want to know that how can we get rid of this problem? This person lost the case of exactly similar nature from Judicial , District as well as from the high court but still he has filed this case please tell me the needful that how can I get rid of this quarrelsome person? Can caveat petition come to our rescue in future? Thanks
