Permission by public prosecutor on application u/s 301 302

(a)  Any judgments  which  defines the guidelines for Public Prosecutor  to accord his approval for assistance to original  complainants advocate ?

(b) Can the Public Prosecutor accord his approval on a direct application submitted by an advocate , without even ensuring if on the criminal case record there is an Intervening Application  accompanied by an Affidavit from the Complainant and a proper vakalatnama from the authorised Lawyer?

(c) Is it not mandatory for the  Vakalatnama to bear the Registration No. of the Lawyer? If yes, any judgment/ ruling/ on the subject?
