Sir I will be very much helpful if you show me the pathway because I am my family are in a tremendous pain, which I cannot explain.
I leave in west bengal. Recently on 20/09/2017 my daughter in law floated in the river Shilabati. The incident happened at 2:30 PM. After 14 hour police and public administration means next day morning 6:00 PM. they started the search, with boat and with water drivers those who search in water. But my brother in laws body was not recovered. After three days the stopped the search. The immersion ritual of lord Vishwakarma was conducted by my Daughter-in-laws college. But the private collage authority have not took any permission or precautions from anyone. Due to the irresponsible College Authority 2 lives passed away at the age of 22.
I wanted to know legally:
1. Whether any permissions from public or police administration are required before conduction a immersion program??
if yes then tell me the clause or section??
