Hi
I took the personal loan amt 2lakhs from deutchshe bank 3 year back. I could not pay the loan amount last 2yrs due to my financial situation ..
Now they called me and asked me to pay the full amount with in a month otherwise they will give arrest warrant against me for pending amount .
I told them i m ready to pay after 1or 2 months with 5 installments for full and final settlement. but they are not agree ..
Please help me how to resolve this issue .I took the loan from chennai bank
