Can any one provide draft [ petition format] for Contmept of Court againt POLICE,  please...

1. First go for Execution Petition against the Police

2. Then go for Contempt of court

If last remedy fails then you have strong case for approachign HC under its vast Writ Jurisdiction. mere contempt of court application may not be seriously looked into believe me.
