Dear Sir I was working in this organization from march 2010 to Feb 2012 name suhner india pvt ltd based at Bangalore.Head office is at bangalore & in rest part of the country there are resident sales engineer working.I was working in delhi/NCR region.When i left company in feb 2012 i have served two months notice period as per my employee contract. i have given resigne at 2nd of jan2012 & relieved in 29 feb 2012. they have given my salary & all the expences as per their policy. And promised me to give my incentive in the month of April2012. when i have inquired in the month of April they have denied firstly then after so many follow ups they said straight we will not give you your incentive what ever you want to do , do it. we will file a case against you for 420 in respect of leaking company information, That,s all fake alligations. for incentive there was a rule during working that employee is eligible for the incentive when he full filling the quarter target as well as all order get to be invoiced.so what ever the order i have collected during Jan 2012 to Feb 2012 they all get to invoiced in the period of Jan to march 2012 and then incentive will be calculated in the month of April2012. Second issue is that i have send dully filled form & cheque to with draw my PF Fund in the month of May 2012 and company said that we have processed ur form and soon you will get ur PF fund but when i have inquired with the PF department of Singsandra(Bommasandra) they denied to recieve such application, so i have again follow up with the company but they have given me date per date. after that i have send another application to pf department directly but they have rejected my application to say that it is not varified by the employer so we are in touch with the company. since it passed al most 8 months and i have been doing follow up with the company & Pf department but no body is lishing. in fact i have mailed so many complaint to RPFC & CPFC 100 times but there is no reply no action aganist employer. recently company opened a office in gurgaon. so what will i do in both these case ? Right now i m feeling very harresment & mental tension due to all this episode. Pls giude me what to do ? i have all the proff and evidence about my action in the PF & incentive.
