PF ESI registration

Dear experts,

Please advice, I am willing to register for PF and ESI voluntarily through sharam suvidha portal and employees are less than 10 but in this portal date is mandatorily required to be filled when employees exceeded 10.
Then how can I register for PF and ESI voluntarily?
