I wish to know:
1. whether a Software Development Company covers under the defination of "Fatories" as described under PF Act 1952
2.If all the employees (more than 20) are getting basic salary more than 6500/-. Does the company liable to deduct PF from employees salary & deposit the same with his share with PF organisation.
