Dear Vinod,
You have not mentioned it clearly what the salary means.
Is it a basic salary including D.A. and food concessions or it is a gross salary......
Sunita Lad (Advocate and Consultant) 10 June 2010
A person drawing salary of more than Rs. 6500/- shall be considered as excluded employee. However the term pay includes basic wages with the dearness allowance ,retaining allowance (if any) and cash value of food concessions admissible thereon.
