I found recently that communication between the deaceased and her father/mother plays important in deciding the judgement of 304-B cases.
In our case the communication had taken place between the deaceased and mother. Deaceased call her mother from a public phone. And her mother returned back the call on mobile, where neithier the mobile nor phone belongs to known person.But the police seized the mobile phone.
To be honest we never harssed the deaceased. What should be the stand that we should consider in the above context?
