2. The original petition for Divorce OR RCR OR even an stand alone Maintenance application be now treated as a joint application for divorce by mutual consent once such purshis admitted by parties.

3. The parties should also give a joint Purshis that the original petition filed in the trial court, which is to permitted to be amended may now be treated as a joint application for divorce by mutual consent under S.13B of the Hindu Marriage Act and the said Purshis to be kept on record.

2. With divorce marriage between two spouse dissolves, hence even if Title of The Act, 2005 ever changes no effect it will give to ex-spouse on right to sue each other with retrospective effect !
