Place of matrimonial stay as jurisdiction

Need your advice, past case examples and guidance on this topic.

Wife deserted 2.5 yrs ago with no logic. Wanted your guidance on how to make the place of matrimonial stay as jursidiction for a petition.

You are asking help to fabricate false case..... if not....then you may write the facts in the complaint then submit the petition ....
