Place To file civil case for property

My client property is situated in fatehpur, UP and he resides in kanpur.
Then where we can file suit for mutation related with abovementioned property?
Can we file suit in Kanpur?

as per civil procedure code the jurisdiction of the civil court to try the matter regarding its jurisdiction is that where the property is situated in its court if it's pecuniary limit is not more than 5 Lacs then civil judge junior division n if more then senior division .
