Ex-parte decree can b only pass if the Opposite party remain absent in the court days atleast 2-3 dates continuously.

actually 4 dates have already passed. Now it will be the fifth date in which I have been told to file Affidavit of evidence.

Will judge do ex parte on the fifth date or give another date for exparte order?

Yes Sanjeev.

My wife was served the summons. Even then she has not appeared in 4 dates.

Now on the fifth date I have been told to file Affidavit of evidence.

When will court ex parte?

It appears already the court ordered ex-parte proceedings.  Get it confirmed by inspecting the court file.  If it is so, on the next date itself, your affidavit will be taken on record and chief is recorded and the next date is fixed for final arguments.  Within two to three dates, the case will be over.
