Need you valuable advise (with reference to applicable section and Act) on below :
- A house is erected on a land, which was donated by the land owner about 90-100 years back.
- Four Families have been residing in that big house for 90-100 years (3 Generations)
- The land and house located in M.P.
- How can the resident family get the land registered in their name?
- Now it is not clear who actually is the owner of that land there are some 3 claimants.
- till date there is no case/ suite with respect to the title/ ownersip of the land.
- Patwari is also not clear as no clear record exists.
- Land owner and the individual (who undertook the Gift transation) no more.
Please advise.
