my one friend one had taken personal loan three years ago from icici bank & given cheques of centurion bank of punjab to icici bank. after 8 installment he stopped payments,
nw a days he has another bank account in icici bank & balance in this bank is near about 30000 thousand ?
but icici bank limited has sealed his account due to repayment of loan
they said u can deposit cash but cannot withdrawn ?
is it the right of bank to seal the saving account ?
but what he can do ?
