Please guide

Dear experts, first of all I am grateful to you all for your valued advice, support and guidance that the Hon High Court has upheld the divorce decree passed by the Family Court in my favor. The lady who is still occupying my house partly has threatened to move Supreme Court against the judgement so that she can continue living in my house and delay the matter and drag. Nos could you please advise whether I should file a Caveat in SC and how to get the case disposed off quickly if she moves SC. What could be the expense in SC. Kindly guide me in detail. Regards
