Shiwani im agree with autohide reply...rest is your decision.. cases in court lasts for about 4-5 years if opposition ready to fight then u will be in loss...example..if u r 30 then your remarry age limit is 30-40 years groom and yours husbands age range is 18- 30 years bride ....so think calmly

@ lovish sunny - i know you are right.. i have spoken to ny husband many times.. but he wants a divorce without giving alimony.. i havea younger sister for whom my parents are searching a groom.. i can't sit on my parents head vthout money bcz as i said earlier dat my parents hv limited money.. anyway.. sabko apna ghar dekhna hota hai.. am not enjoying al dis.. i hv tried to sort it out but vth zero results.. anyway rest is upto god.. thanks for ur help

It seems your husband is taking unfair advantage of your weak financial situation. Have you got order of maintenance in DV or 125?

Instead of wasting time first gather evidence of your harassment. As you are living there just record all harassment conservation. Accept reality nothing remains in your relationship.once family matters comes in court only divorce happen. No one can force him to live with you. As a girl I knw its very difficult period for you. Think with a cool mind what you will get by all case? Nothing only your harassment. After sometime you will realize. India court only give dates wastage of time and money your. Your lawyer say file this case you will surely win nothing happens. They only want money. Case will run 5-6 years . If his family is rich they will make decision in their favor by giving bribe. In thinking you will ruin your husband life ruin only your life will ruin. He can live in relationship nothing you can do. If you only want maintenance file 125 cprc in case you are not doing job. Just forget him and try to come out from situation as you already waste 8 years with him.

Yes autohide.. my husband is taking an advantage bcz he knows dat i don't have enough means.. i spoke with my inlaws today ki jo money woh lawyers ko denge woh money mujhe de de and karle sab finish.. but my inlaws are saying dat dey vl pay money to the lawyer for bail etc..and dey even said that they want to have a legal fight for 15yrs but now dey don't want to settle the matter.. i have been granted maintenance under dvact but its too less bcz lawyers charge a lot.. but seems i don't have an option but i vl have to fight the cases as i can't sit on my parents head.. my parents are old and have limited resources.. anyway.. thank you for the advice
