I worked in a private limited company for three years but i was orally terminated from service without even giving salary or a termination letter. I raised Industrial dispute but labour court arbitrarily rejected dispute. Therefore with great difficulty filed writ petition . In writ proceeding the high court quashed the labour court order and ordered reinstatement and full backwages. but the company did not comply the order and filed writ appeal. In writ appeal it was order to pay 17B wages but company did not pay the 17B wages. Further writ appeal is listed and inspite of not having complied any of the high court orders, the division bench took final hearing and again without giving any reason and without even appreciating the evidence set aside the single judge order. Now please tell me how i can proceed now.
