My wife filed divorce with cruelty allegations and also filed interim maintenance.
Interim maintenance petition she mentioned housewife.
I filed counter on both and also submitted proof of her salary where she worked earlier.
After that my advocate didnot attend court on particular date.Intentionally her lawyer absent and divorce and interim maintenace cases both dismissed as no party presented their representations.
After that wife files false 498a case on my family and demanded X lacs alimony and exparte divorce and told after depositing X lacs joint account of both parties she will withdraw 498a.
we asked MCD but she is not ready for MCD.
As we don't want to ruin courts we agreed X lacs and deposited joint account of both parties and then asked her to withdraw 498a and She is not responding at all and then we applied AB and got it.
Now She filed fresh divorce on 498a allegations and maintenance under sec 125.
1) Is there any hope I can ask court to reopen ealier divorce case?
2)If earler divorce not reopened and we didnot contest divorce is it any impact on 498a and 498a chargesheet not filed till now?
3)she demanding me that filing counter claim of divorce under sec 23-A of HMA?
As I understood that she want divorce ASAP and alimony X lacs.She is not bothered on 498a.
Is there any counter case I can file against wife?
Please advise whan can i do next step
