First principle of law when facing false cases: they have to prove that what they claim is true, you dont have to prove that it is false. It is not clear what you want. Do you want divorce or do you want to lead married life with this woman. Either way this is a matter of mutual understanding, the court cases are simply a distraction. Talk to your wife, if she wants divorce go for mutual consent divorce. Don't worry too much about the false cases, they usually fall under their own weight. Too many people are scared of false matrimonial cases simply because they don't know how courts etc. work. Once you see how the process works you will realize it is nothing to be afraid of.

Looks like the initial attractive phase of marriage is over and your wife is contemplating kya khoya aur kya paaya, as happens in every marriage n with every partner.

Be brave , dont be afraid of court cases...courts are places where honest people fear to go, n where cheaters and fakers use it as a place to extract money by filing false cases. Jitna darogey utna log aur daraingey......be cool , speak to ur wife and ask her what is it that she wants.

If its not working go for MCD, if that means u have to pay some amount which u can afford then pay and move on.

i need help to save my Sisters life, meri sister ki sahdi 2005-06 me hui hain. use do ladkiyna hain. badi ladki 7 years aour cchoti 4 years ki hain. but uske pati ka bahar kisike sath afair chal raha hain. aise suna hain ki usne court marriage bhi kiya hoga. vo meri sister ho bahut mental tourcher karta hain. use marne ki dhamki bhi deta hain. vo ek gov. school mein teacher hain.
