Please let me know procedure.

She is cohabiting with me as a spouse after successful mediation. Before mediation She has demand of her day today expenditure. Sometimes I gave her money & sometimes I refused if i I feel not necessary. But monthly I was giving 2~3 thousand to her as monthly pocket money.

This was also one reason she filed FIR against me(Reason - Sometimes I gave her money & sometimes I refused if i I feel not necessary). She is money minded. I have signed on mediation papers to give her 10K Monthly.

Definitely mediators do wrong with me. It is not a law to give a portion of salary to wife.

if Now i refuse to give her what action she can take against me?

How can I reduce this monthly money to my wife? what is procedure?

Please guide.

you have not stated the facts .

1. If your wife a working women able to sustain herself on her source of income ,if so than she is not entitled to maintenance .

If not

Than she will use the law stating that you have not provided her maintenance read CRPC 125 , Domestic violence act or Hindu marriage act  etc and eventually she would get it through a court order .
