Please provide the relevant Sections of IPC??
Shall be obliged to know under which Sections of IPC are the following Crimes Covered?
1. Harassment by repeated Phone Calls against the will of the person harassed despite written warning NOT TO DO SO.
2. Entering the house / premises without the will of the owner with 5 persons and despite written warning NOT TO DO SO.
3. Confining/Restraining the owner to a place for 3 hours and not allowing him to move out.
4. During the above process pressurizing the owner to withdraw the cases of recovery filed by him against the intruder
