Plezz resolve my problem

hi im resident of rajasthan my question is my neighbour useing residential property for commerical purpose because of my privacy infringed plzz tell me the way how i can restrict him to do the same via legal procedure

plzz answer the same as soon as you can

Approach authority under whose jurisdiction property falls and check if there is a violation, as per rules the.

If authority does not act approach court.

Better consult a very able local counsel.

Approach the local municipal body and prefer a complaint against the offendor . In case of no action , approach the court

First approach the municipal /nagar nigam authority for refraining him not to do so , if the authority didn't take action then you can move to SDM court of your area , submit their your application with proof like photographs of his commercial activities and ask for relief .
