I have purchased a residential plot from a real estate promoter during the year 2007.By that time he shown only the layout sketch of the property ,site location,boudry of the layout and promised to make the survey of the complete layout with any help of a surveyor to locate my property with a identification stones after the completion of my registration. And after a month my registration was completed.
But till date he has not completed this task.I have got all my registered documents(Stamp papers),EC, patta on my name for this propoerty but i couldn't able to locate my property and also not in the position to sell it .
