Following are the updates on my case in High Court, Could some reverend Expert pls explain me what it means and what will be the next action after Notice is served? I am the Appellant.

Act :- C.P.C.- (Non-Interlocutory Order)
PC:
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 14.2.2011.
3. In addition to Court's notice, the appellant to serve the respondents by Advocate's notice, either personally or by
Courier/Speed post/Fax, and file an affidavit of service before the returnable date.
4. The appellant is directed to file compilation of relevant documents and serve a copy thereof on the respondents before the next
date of hearing.
