My name is Jitendra kumar. I got marriage on 24/04/2013 in darbhanga bihar at girls house. After 2 months my in-laws came to my home madhubani with 15 people and took my wife with themselves on 08/07/2013. I tried many times to bring my wife back but all of my efforts was useless. on 10/10/2014 i went to in laws home, where they beat me and abused. After few days i got to know that they filed false 498a on my family members including my sister and brother in- laws and 376 on my brother.
She has no proof and she has not any injury report and medical reports as these are completely false cases.

Since she is not staying in my house for last 10 months and in FIR she mentioning that she staying with me till 10/10/2014. she also blamed 376 on my brother on 02/28/2014. but she went to her parent house 10 months before on 08/07/2013.
this is pure false cases on my family and my brother.
Please suggest how can i quash this false 498a and 376 case on my brother. i am helpless.
