dear sir
my uncle sale a part of my plot in 1997 with his plot . now some advocate saying after 20 yrs u can not suit canclation of registry after 3 yrs. buyer not gave me any notice for possession till now. i am still in possession from 1965 .
kindly help me. what i do. my house is too old about 60 yrs so it can not be stay more that 2-3 yrs. and registry canclation in court will take appx 10 yrs.

As per your query the sale of plot registered on 1997, Now already 2 decades completed, No dout the Limitation is three years, but the limitation will not be the starting point from the date of registration, the limitation will began from the date of knowledge, I have number of supreme court and high court judgments regarding the date of knowledge when the limitation will start.
