Plz help us

Respected Sir we are more than 1000 employee in UPSWAN PROJECT(up state govt project) in block,tehsil,NIC from 1 SEP 2008 TO PRESENT from third party company in all over up.We do all the work of govt department like as MNREGA,NRLM,E -DISTRICT,E-GOVERNENCE,BHULEKH,ELECTION OFFICE,REGISTERY OFFICE,SAMAJ KALYAN VIBHAG and many more.IN 1 SEP 2008 to till present 3 companies get UPSWAN tender and MAN POWER ARE as it is.But in april 2017 upgraded version of UPSWAN PROJECT will be start and govt said that NO ANY MAN POWER will be required in UPSWAN upgraded version.PLZ SIR HELP US WHAT WE DO IN THIS MATTER.

Third Party company that has employed you may lay off/retrench/terminate.

It is election time.

Try with authority.

It may agree to provide relief by providing work.

Hi I need a small help my husband is into Franchisee business of a startup brand in kolkata we do have 2 stores, since from couple of days some employees of Company are putting on different kind of illogical pressure to my husband and he even tried to commit suicide, can I opt for a case in criminal font or I human rights court.
