SINGLE BENCH DECISION OF THE HIGH COURT CAN BE DIFFERED BY THE DIVISION BENCH & THE DIVISION BENCH ORDER HOLDS GOOD . FURTHER FULL BENCH DECISION CAN ALTER THE DIVISION BENCH ORDER/ DECISION.
