PNB is refusing to open a AB account even when all documents required to establish identity like Passport, Ration Card, PAN card & Voter Id are being provided. They say that introduction by an existing account holder is required and without that, they will not open account no matter what all documents i provide.
This is a clear case of denial of banking service by PNB without a valid reason.
Please suggest what action can i take against PNB.
