Poison license - gujarat

With regard to an application for poison license under the Poison Act, 1919 there is a necessity of State Rules where poison would be defined and the appropriate form and support documents would also be mentioned, I am unable to find these rules for Gujarat. If any one can help in this regard. Thank you!
