Police against to us

Sir/madam,
my sister got married in 2006 & lived with her husband & inlaws, she has two children (female), she got harrased physically & mentally by their husband & inlaws from the date of marriage (since 7 years) for additional dowry otherwise divorse, then we gave the complaint in PS against her  husband & inlaws on april 2013, after that her husband only got arrested & came out on bail but no action was taken against her inlaws, after 3 months we approached DCP
with some witness DCP issued the arrest warrant immediately against her inlaws, after that her inlaws escaped & got anticipatory bail, they got the anticipatory bail by saying that they are not living with his son but his son & my sister living individually. we have some evidence of voter id proof of same address & witness where they even though the police not producing the evidence in the court.
one more important thing is that the police produced the statement of witness of my sister, mother & my statement in the case dairy part-2 without consulting us wrote as they wish. My sister's husband & inlaws has full support of the police.
pls suggest us where we have to go & what we have to do for the justice.

we didn't meet the DCP again because when we meet the DCP we produced the witness & said about the false statement of my sister, mother, & my statement but he didn't say any thing about the false statement, issued only arrest warrant.

@Srinivas why are you so keen on getting your sister's inlaws arrested before trial?

If you have a true case  let it be decided by judge after trial. If you have taken refuge of IPC and Crpc to solve matrimonial disputes, let the case run as per IPC and CRPC. They also have some rights under the same code. So respect the system you have preferred and let the law take its own course. They will not be able to influence judiciary ,not at least the higher one.

Mr.Ashok, I met the DPC because of my sister's inlaws tries to remove their names from the case.

It is very difficult to get the bail cancelled on this ground alone.

Better concentrate on the trial.

@ Srinivas,

A question to you..

What do you mean by justice in marital dispute, plz tell me:-

1. Is it reunion of husband & wife again?

2. Is it divorce between husband & wife if possbility of reunion is no more?

3. Or, neither above 1 nor 2 ...

but only arrest of husband and inlaws?

let me clear as per your querry,

by relation you are BIL so  your duty is to make a couple cohabitant by seeing the two small daughters of your sister or a peaceful settlement of divorce if husband is too reluctant and tortorous to keep your sister happy.

but here you are simply enforcing your brain in single path way as how to arrest her husband then her inlaws.

Now 2nd question for you-

1. what you will gain after arrest of her husband & her inlaws? do she will get happines or you will be more happier than your sister?

2. Your sister and her childrens life will be sort out?

if your answer of above two question is yes then go ahead and make them terrorist or murderer by not only 498a but drag them in IPC 302 also.

My brother, a sincere advice to you, see your life first then your sisters life.

and look for permanent solution as arresting them will not give your sister a permanent justice rather than several loopholes and agony to her husband to not accept her at anycost.

regards,

A sufferer...

If u want to fight out in court, just wait for 5-7 years court will give justice to the either party.
