POLICE CASE NOW COURT SUMMON AFTER FIVE YEARS

experts Home Police Case now Court Summon by ANDREW RAO on 05 July 2015 In my previous employment cable TV industry I had filed police case against the rival group in 2009. It has come up for hearing now. My old employers are not bothered inspite of repeated reminders. Can I file an affidavit on the date of hearing that my employers will attend the case since I have left the company. Please advise in detail.
