hello experts,
I have filed a fir at a police station for the offence punishable u/s 307 of ipc and the same is came to be registered, but it's already 20 days the police inspector not arresting the accused persons and they are not on bail, I have approached commissioner of police, though commissioner of police has directed police inspector to arrest the accused persons still he is not arresting them,, at this stage what I can do ?? what are the remides available for me so as to arrest them ..
