Dear sirs, I have a important question regarding the police report verification and ATTESTION form which need to be submitted for UPSC civil services selection.
I was living in USA from 2005 till 2011. During this stay I didn't face any police case/criminal cases against me in USA? But I was fined for traffic rule violation & I paid fine( like spot fine in india). Will it affect my Police report verification for Upsc civil services?.
Also, the following questions are asked as part of the ATTESTION form in central Govtmjobs?
Have you ever been fine by a court of law?
Have you ever been convicted by court of law for any offense?
should I need to mention yes for the fines that I paid in USA for the above questions?
Will it affect my candidature for selection?
