Police verification for government job

Recently i am selected as po in Canara bank further process include police verification i am vit worried about it as when i was in school 17 yrs old few of my seniors were beating a boy and i intervened but the boy who was beaten included my name in fir. a compromise was reached afterwards. I have final report on case would this case hamper my chances in selection. Sorry if posted in wrong section pls reply bit worried.
